In order to purchase any item from our website you must be at least 18 years old. All quoted prices include VAT and are valid until the time of purchase. For Sardinia and Italy the minimum order is € 50 and the shipping cost is € 5, while for orders over € 100 we offer free delivery. For all other destinations the minimum order is € 100 and the shipping cost is € 15.
Any invoice needs to be requested before making the purchase, and all invoicing details need to be provided on the designated form.
After your purchase, you will receive an email with all the order details, and if bank transfer is the payment method chosen, you will receive the bank details to send the money. A further email will follow to confirm that the order has been accepted and is being processed, displaying a link that can be used to track your delivery. Freight process and times
Once payment has gone through, and if all items are available, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours (excluding Saturday and public holidays) and delivered within the following 2-3 working days. If one of the items you have ordered is sold out or not available in the requested quantity, we will contact you to inform you about the delivery expected times or about the availability of similar items. If you chose to pay by bank transfer or by Sardex, the items will be dispatched once the money has hit our account. Delivery at your door usually takes place during the daytime (between 9 AM and 6 PM). Nuscos is not responsible for any delay caused by the courier or by force majeure. If you are unavailable, or if the address provided is wrong or incomplete, your parcel will be stored in the local courier depot, and you can either ask to arrange a new delivery or pick it up from there within the following 7 days. These conditions are valid for all deliveries taking place in Sardinia and Italy, while delivery times can variate for all other destinations.
Warnings
In order to avoid any delay, it is important to provide the correct address for delivery and to make yourself available at the above-mentioned address; furthermore, the name indicated on the delivery form needs to be exactly the same appearing on your intercom. Parcels are delivered at the ground floor, and it is not possible to arrange a requested delivery time.
Claims: Before signing for delivery, you should check the packaging of the parcel to make sure it is intact. If you realise it is damaged, you can make a written claim directly to the courier by checking the clause “I accept with reserve”. In order to get a refund, in fact, it is essential to specify the damage.
Defective goods
Customers must report any defective goods within the next 7 days after delivery, by sending an email to info@nuscos.shop and attaching a picture of the item, making sure they keep the product intact in order to allow the verification of the mentioned damages. After this period of time, the goods will be considered as accepted.
Right of withdrawal
Customers have the right of withdrawal and they can return the goods within the next 14 days after delivery, in accordance with the article 52 of the Legislative Decree 206/2005 with the amendments brought by the Legislative Decree 21/2014. The intactness of the good is an essential condition to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal. In order to return one or more items, please send an email to info@nuscos.shop. Return charges are covered by the customer, cash on delivery method will not be accepted. A refund will be issued within the following 14 days and will not include the freight costs.
